Purpose

These terms govern the use of Rail One Postprod, an internal post-production tool operated by Rail Production ("Rail One"), Lausanne, Switzerland. The tool is used to upload the videos of Rail One's YouTube channel and manage their metadata (titles, descriptions, translations, chapters, thumbnails, captions, playlists, scheduling).

Authorised users

The tool is reserved exclusively for members of the Rail Production team. It is not distributed, sold or publicly accessible. It only acts on Rail One's own YouTube channel.

YouTube API Services

Rail One Postprod uses the YouTube API Services. By using this tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data processing by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Content published through the tool must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and respect third-party rights.

Personal data

Data processing related to the tool is described in our privacy policy. The tool's access to the YouTube account can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page.

Liability

The tool is provided as is, for internal use. Rail Production cannot be held liable for any unavailability of the YouTube API Services.
